Only exists in QL 200, and level locked to 180 and up for Clan players only. Drops from Dust Brigade generals (General Kronillis, General Nitrox, General Vivyan) in Perpetual Wastelands. Only the body piece has the valuable Critical Increase bonus; only the hands offer the Tutoring bonus. A weaker set for all sides and lower requirements also exists - Dustbrigade Trooper Armor.
