The Personalized Basic Robot Brain is an Armor item used for its bonus to Sense. It has no AC bonuses. It is equippable only on the right shoulder.
Breakpoints : to +15 Sense: starting at +1 at QL1. Starting at level 10, an additional +1 every 16.6 levels rounded down, : 1, 10, 26, 43, 59, 76, 93, 109, 126, 142, 159, 176, 192.
