Yalmaha - The Stiletto

Quite possibly the sexiest vehical on the face of Rubi-Ka, the Yalmaha Stiletto is long, black, and sleek; enough of a power car to turn the heads of the hardest and most jaded adventurers. The problem is that, as Ellusion once said: "this item is useless to you unless you can get your Vehicle Air skill up high enough to practically levitate yourself." This is because even the lowest level of the vehical requires that you have 920 Vehical Air to fly it, a huge IP investment for any profession even with symbiants and fancy buffing items. This generaly means that potential Stiletto pilots want to get the lowest QL they can, which means getting the lowest level components that you can.

While all vehicals are NoDrop flagged, this item can be built up to the very last step before the Registrar is added and transfered to another player for flying, but once the yalm is registered it cannot be transfered again.
