These strange flying humanoids seem closely related to the Croakers. They have a chance to drop Miy's Scary Armor; according to the developers, they drop it at the same rate as other monsters(AO Froobs forum, link to dev post). Higher levels are identified according to a military hierarchy, which hints that that aspect is important in their society
