A rarity among pharmaceuticals, Muscular Stim is a tradeskill product that can be bought (Des Morck in the village of Hope). Additionally, it affects a Skill, and all of its ingredients can be bought. None of its ingredients can be found as regular drops from enemies, or drops specific to a particular enemy. If that were not enough, although it is buyable only in RK, and tradeskilled Rubi-Ka from ingredients that only come from RK, it can only be used in the Shadowlands.
Those with the SL expansion can use it to increase their Body Development, and therefore their HP. This is particularly effective with Atrox breed characters, who get 4 HP for every point of Body Development, and least effective with Nanomage breed. See Breed Stats.
