Sided (only usable by one faction; in this case, Clan) armor that requires level 190. It requires Agility and Strength. It has bonuses to fairly rare and occasionally useful skills like Perception and Map Navigation, mostly useless in combat but possibly valuable for min-maxing characters or equipping other items.

Nano users who are used to Carbonum's NanoC Init bonuses will find this armor lacking in that respect. Melee and ranged weapon users, on the other hand, get bonuses to their attack speed.
