Vehicle Air
Basic Info:
Often consider the most important vehicle skill as the uses of flying vehicles surpasses both ground and water vehicles with their ability to move quickly over terrain. With the addition of the Phasefront vehicles that do not use this skill, even older Yalms maybe going out of style for paid accounts. The AO classic Yalmaha XL - 29478 QL30, which requires Vehicle Air of 80 is still very popular with Froob accounts and can be purchased at any time from any Tower Shop, while a free Ganimedes personal Jetpack requiring Vehicle Air 81 is available to claim for free from Item Shop for all players during Anniversaries event in early July every year.

Movement Speed
Run Speed is, as of Patch 18.7, called Movement Speed, and now affects the speed of Swimming as well. Swimming skill itself is currently removed from the game.
Basic Info:
Run speed defines how fast your character can move.
Very observant players will have been able to gauge exactly how fast they are going when they are buffed and unbuffed. They will have noticed the tendency of the human eye to derive a disproportionate impression of just how much "faster" they are going when their actual speed increase is relatively small. Others may be surprised to see the following travel times over a given distance (specifically, the distance between the entrance to Biomare and the bridge over Maintenance Supervisor Johnson's pit, just past the first golfball teleporter and just before the Hangar.
- ~1:50 : Base Run Speed 174
- ~1:40 : Run Speed 364 (+190)
- ~1:20 : Run Speed 808 (+720, with a character with 88 base run speed)
