Skill Dependencies
This table provides an overview of the relationship between skills on this page and the underlying abilities that increase the skills value through the
trickle down effect. For example, you can increase a skill by one point that is 100% percent dependent on one ability by increasing that ability 4 IP points. For an ability that has a 50% skill dependency will require a maximum of 8 IP's added to the ability to increase the skill by one point.
