+ | The higher the CL, the better the price to buy and sell items from or to [[Shop|NPC vendors and Shops]]. Every 40 CL will given an extra 1% discount off any nominal listed prices, and 1% markup to any price at which the player sells. Both the discount and the markup are additive to the nominal price, which is shown to newbie players with < 40 CL, thus an item sold at 1m credits to a newbie player with 5 CL (no discount) will be offered at 850k to a player with 600 CL (15 times 40 = 15% discount). The discount is fixed at the moment the player opens the kiosk listing and until they close the window by any method (either cancel or buy something). Thus if a trader buffs themselves with a 1 minute CL buff and the open the kiosk a few seconds later - they can then benefit from the discount granted by the CL buff even if they buy items after the 1 minute CL buff wears off as long as their kiosk window was open continuously this whole time.<br/> | ||

Tradeskill is more commonly the term used in Anarchy Online to refer to the process of crafting items. See Tradeskill FAQ for additional information. Trade and Repair (Trade & Repair in game) is the name used by the game to distinguish the group of skills that are requirements for the operations performed by the Tradeskill Window (Shift + T by default or left Menu >Actions >Tradeskill Kit, or just pick up the Source item, hold down Shift, and right click it on the Target item).
